1. About the service

PropertyTrend (propertytrend.pl) is an analytics service for the rental market. The public demo presents data for Warsaw and serves informational and presentation purposes. The service is run by Adam Górski.

2. Nature of the data

The figures shown are asking rents computed from public rental listings (Otodom), as described in the methodology. Forecasts are the output of a statistical model and carry uncertainty — we publish its measure (prediction band, backtest error).

3. Limitation of liability

We provide data and forecasts “as is”, without warranty of fitness for specific investment decisions. We're not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of the demo. For binding analysis we recommend contact and the full platform scope.

4. Ownership and use

The site layout, methodology and presentation are the property of PropertyTrend. You may reference the demo and share its link; copying data for commercial purposes requires consent.
