What data we process

Contact / demo booking: the name, email and message you send us (e.g. via the call-booking form).
Site analytics: anonymous, aggregated visit statistics, only after consent. We don't build advertising profiles.

The public demo shows rental-market data (listings) — that is not your personal data.

Bases and purposes

Responding to an enquiry and preparing a presentation — Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR.
Site analytics — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent), which you can withdraw at any time.

Retention

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle contact and any cooperation. Analytics data — for the period set in the analytics tool's configuration.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to your data, and to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish DPA (UODO). For data matters write to adamsebastiangorski@gmail.com.

Recipients and cookies

We don't sell personal data. We may use trusted providers (hosting, a call-booking tool, analytics) that process data solely on our behalf. Analytics cookies are loaded only after your consent.
